DJ JAMES was out on Saturday night for Maria’s 50th Birthday Party held at the Eagles Nest up on the top of The Point Hotel, in Kangaroo Poing with stunning views of the Brisbane CBD Skyline.
Guests started arriving just before 7:00pm, so James started the night with some Top 40s with the Volume down just at the right level as the guests entered and started to socialise, grabbing a drink.
It wasn’t long until the first dancers appeared when a favourite of Maria’s song played – Celebration!
After that DJ JAMES went into some more upbeat dance tracks along with some RnB as well. Maria gave us a bit of a list to play at her 50th Birthday ensuring guests flocked to the dance floor, from which the dancing picked up from there!
Majority of guests were still enjoying the music and the atmosphere – mingling still until ABBA came, which called guests to the dance floor, followed by some YMCA played straight after, which was another great hit! Then around 9:30pm guests made a Happy 50th Birthday speech resulting in a very crowded dance floor and another round of drinks!
The music continued – with James playing a mix of modern Top 40’s and even some popular 90s tracks as well! Plenty more oldies came out – including more Abba, Bee Jee’s – with the night finishing on ‘December 1963 – Oh What a Night!’
A perfect way to end Maria’s 50th Birthday!
